Neglected

Well been a couple of days since I have posted anything, not that I have nothing to say, just that I kinda forgot about it after getting myself all worked up with all sorts of activity. Okie starting off I'm gonna be talking about anime's first. This week's Bleach has been really worth waiting for, featuring lots of battle and action, coolness.

Things are starting to heat up and since I have already read the manga I kinda know what is going to happen next. But still, the anime is much better than the manga mainly due to the reason that the characters actually move, and talk and there are color which make things absolutely cooler.

Then next is Devil May Cry episode 11. The final episode will be next week and even until now, the action is kinda mild in my opinion. Hopefully the last episode won't be disappointing. But yet I have taken this cool snapshot of Dante himself. To anyone who wants the anime, you can contact me and I will arrange some ways to pass the anime to you. Just ask Ben, I've got him hooked to Bleach as if he is high on drugs now. XD

Today, I spent some time with my gf again. Since most of the tough exams have been over, we decided to spent the day out at One U. We have been walking the whole day and until now my legs are still sore. Thankfully there is no class tomorrow. Actually, we were looking around for a pair of couple ring, but had no luck finding one which suit our budget. Some cost a couple of thousands.....(=.=")

Besides that, we watched Jay's most recent movie, "Secret", it has a really nice and romantic storyline I would have to say. The Piano Battle or whatever they call that was really cool, featuring a lot of skillful fingerwork. Not bad since Jay is the director of the film. He is sure skillful, from a singer to an actor and now a director. Another movie worth watching, not a waste of time at all.

Besides that, it was all about study. The American History 2 book is really tough, just can't find any way to study the bloody book. To anyone out there who know where I can get some easily understandable notes, please do tell me. I wish to pass this semester without white hair growing out from my scalp. As for psycho, I wish we could get a change of lecturer. Tired of her teaching.

Well, I guess that's enough for today. I know I posted earlier that I would be giving a review on the gemstone. But that would have to wait. Two words, "No Time".

N00bs or Newbs?

Okie today ima gonna shed some light on the two words (more commonly used by gamers) in my title. For those, who didn't know they actually have different meaning. Noobs are more suited for people who are new but always think that they are much better than others, are ignorant of the fact that they suck, does not wish to change for the better. Whereas Newbs are refering to people who are new and strive hard to become better.

So, for those of you who are curious as to why I am giving a language class all of a sudden. It's because I want to relate those words to the two lecturers which I have for this semester. One is a Noob and one is a newb. Well, my Psych teacher is one that sucks at teaching and when god-knows-who complain about her way of teaching. She did not obviously show any signs of discontent but us, students could feel that someone became pissed off although she said stuff like "I'm glad you voice out your comment bla bla~"

Whereas another is a noob History of America teacher, he explained to us that he had no experienced teaching the subject and this really made me feel like saying "Holy S**t" cause the textbook would need years to decipher at my level of English and if the lecturer is no good, I'm in deep trouble.

So, well that's life I guess, no use depending on those lecturers. And oh yeah the latter, postponed class today, without informing anybody. Like what a fag? There's a quiz tomorrow for Psy105. Boring .......

Here's a comic on what I had explained earlier.

And here's a flash clip on what our school life would be like if it is a Final Fantasy game.

Temptation

I'm gonna explained about the title later on, but firstly wanted to say that the first day of the semester is fine. But one problem which I have already noticed is that, every week the lecturer would cover two chapters of History of America and 2-3 chapters of Psychology. So, daily revision is inevitable. At first, I really looked forward to reading the History of America 2 book. I was thinking it would likely be something like the Malaysian's Sejarah. Little did I know, when I first turned open the book, problem no. 2 arised. For every 2 or 3 lines which I read, I had to look for the meaning to a certain word. Worrying now ....(=.=")

Back to temptation (viewer discretion advised). Today, I went surfing online for the Crisis Core PSP and found a really nice picture which show the whole bundle which came with it and I found this picture.

One FF7: Crisis Core game, One PSP slim with the awesome decal at the back, & one Sword keychain/strap thingy

Later, I went to Play-Asia.com to take a look at the PSP again. While I was looking, all of a sudden I felt a drop of water on my shirt. Holy crap..... I was literally drooling while looking at this PSP. LoL. Fortunately, I did not flood my room with saliva. Man, I really wish to have it. It looks so beautiful that I kinda felt like trading off my current PSP for it.

The "Shoebox" which contains the limited edition bundle

Besides that, while looking around at the website, I found a new game to be waiting for. The Bleach: Blade Battlers 2 game will be coming out end of this month. XD Woot, more Shinigami vs Hollow action.

New Semester's Eve

Okie got to make today's post as short and as simple as I can. Well today has been quite a busy day if I might say so myself. At noon, went yum cha with Jeng Yue , Wen See and Wai Hong. After that, went out to fetch my gf, was giving her tuition for half the day. Her Add Maths exam is tomorrow and wishing her good luck from my blog. Today was also a first for her to have dinner together with my family, LoL.

So besides all that I was packing my stuff for tomorrow and tidying up my room although it still is messy. Kinda feeling like I have a lot of stuff yet to be done but nothing can be done about it. Time to work hard and hope that this sem's work would pay off just like the previous semester. Have to get my official transcript from college tomorrow. A tad bit excited, and yet feeling a bit depress that a lot of plans which I have planned prior to this holiday has not yet been completed. Come on, a guy has to rest after 4 months straight studying and 2 weeks is just ain't enough.

Hope that the new semester wouldn't be giving me a migraine and hope this semester's group project I wouldn't end up with slackers which causes more trouble, than solving them. Had some trouble with a couple of monkeys the past sem. Signing out, have to sleep at 11pm and wake up tomolo at 6am, awesome XD.

2 Days to Semester 2

The 2nd last day of my holiday. Another 2 months of study starting next week, then 2 months of holiday after that. But of course that holiday I would be doing all necessary preparation if I am admitted into the University of Maryland. Yet to hear from them though, quite worried now. Might not get admitted (><"). Today is really dull especially in the morning. In the evening, I drove my family to Leisure Mall to have dinner. While I was there, I decided to go around browsing for some new games and found Rayman: Raving Rabbids. Seems like a nice enough game. Although not my cup of tea, cause it is seriously a game with lots of mini game. I was thinking it might be a "Ratchet and Clank" type of game. But this game would be suited for all of you who own a PS2 but find it hard to invest hours into playing a game. Seriously for the casual gamers. Each mini games are a couple of minutes long, and each is as entertaining as watching a guy being chased after by a bunch of dogs.

Besides that, I got myself a couple of books by Trudi Canavan, it is actually a trilogy, which consists of The Magicians' Guild, The Novice, and The High Lord. I read the synopsis and it made me felt like reading it. I like this kind of Sword and Sorcery theme. Just look at Oblivion. XD

Talking about reading, I'm done with the Starcraft book which I mentioned in my earlier posts. It's talking about this Terran (human race) archeologist which is funded to research a recently discovered Protoss( alien with high technology) temple. After revealing the secret in the temple, the archeologist was kind of possessed by a dying Protoss Preserver. He acts something like a Core 2 Duo processor, one brain with two mind. He goes through a lot of betrayal and continuously escaping from each of these obstacles. The protoss in his brain throughout the story showed him memories of how the Protoss race was formed and how they evolve to become the species they are today. The first book is not really great IMHO, but on the other hand it is not bad also. Really wish I can get my hands on the second book soon, wonder when it will be released.
